The bear cave (Pietroasa commune, Chișcău village) was discovered by chance in 1975 and presents a world of stalactites impressive by its beauty and variety of forms. The highlight of each tour is the visit to a fossilized skeleton of a cave bear (Ursus spelaeus). This skeleton is completely preserved and has been there for about 15,000 years.
