The artists were provided with accommodation for the entire period, using part of the local children’s camp’s accommodation capacity. At the same time, each artist was offered, by lottery, limestone blocks brought from Podeni and Viștea, the necessary tools, a series of tools made at the Arad Wagon Factory, unskilled labor, as well as auxiliary materials for completing the work and placing the sculptures on pedestals. During the seven editions of the symposium, 72 monumental sculptures were created by 57 artists, 56 from Romania and one from Hungary. Among them were 10 artists from Arad. At the same time, the exhibition space was organized by setting up a nursery and a dendrological arrangement.
