The Red Lake (Lacul Roșu) is a natural reservoir in the Harghita district of northeastern Romania.

It is located in the Hasmas Mountains, on the upper bank of the Bicaz River and at the foot of Hasmasul Mare Peak, near Bicaz Gorge, about 25 km from Gheorgheni and about 30 km from Bicaz (Neamt district).

The Bicaz Gorge is located in the central part of the Hasmas Mountains, in the counties of Neamt and Harghita. The town of Bicaz is only 20 km away.

It is the third largest salt mine and one of the oldest salt mines in Romania. It is home to the Trotuș mine at a depth of 240 m, the country's largest facility for the treatment of respiratory diseases. The mine is also home to one of the few places of worship in Romania built in salt mines and dedicated to Saint Varvara. The salt mine is still used today for the extraction, processing and marketing of salt in Romania and abroad. Between 90,000 and 120,000 tons of salt are extracted every year.

Salina Targu Ocna is one of the oldest salt mines in Romania and is mentioned in documents dating back to 1502 and has been listed as a salt extraction area since at least 1353.

In 2011, the largest statue of Jesus in Eastern Europe was erected on Mount Gordon in Harghita County, between the towns of Odorheiu Secuiesc and Praid.

The statue, called the Heart of Jesus, is approximately 22 meters tall, built from iron and stainless steel, and was funded through donations collected by the town hall of the village of Lupeni.

It is the third largest salt mine and one of the oldest salt mines in Romania, hosting the largest respiratory disease treatment facility in the country, the Trotuș mine at a depth of 240 m. Also in this mine is one of the few places of worship in Romania, which were built in salt mines and are dedicated to Saint Varvara.

This gorge is a special picturesque area in Romania, which is located in the central part of the Pășmaș mountains in the northeast of the country, in Neamț and Harghita counties.

The gorge begins near Red Lake and, as you follow the road, you can admire many bizarre forms of rocks, huge boulders and swirling water.

Tot în Transilvania ( Transilvania ), aici, în municipalitatea Cristuru Secuiesc, lavanda începe să înflorească.

În perioada 24.06 - 30.07, toți prietenii și părțile interesate sunt din nou invitați să viziteze totul despre „Lavanda / Levendula”". Astfel, cine este în apropiere ... o vizită merită!
